Privacy Policy for Work Count Pad

Work Count Pad does not require an account. Your counters, notes, prices, saved orders, and preferences are maintained on your device. The free version may use Google AdMob, and an optional Premium purchase is handled by Google Play.

Information you enter in the app

Work Count Pad lets you create counters and may store counter names, short names, groups, notes, prices, quantities, saved counter orders, report preferences, appearance choices, and Premium status. This information is stored in the app's private storage on your device. Eyens does not operate a server that receives this information.

If Android backup is enabled for your device, app preferences may be backed up to or transferred by Google's Android backup services according to your device and Google account settings. Eyens cannot access those backups.

Advertising and automatically handled data

The free version may display ads supplied by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the following data with Google and participating advertising partners for advertising, analytics, service delivery, and fraud prevention:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• app interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions;
• diagnostic information, such as performance, launch timing, hangs, and energy use; and
• device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID when available.

Data handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Premium users are not shown ads. For more information, see Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure, Google's Privacy Policy, and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Consent and privacy choices

Where required, Work Count Pad uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising consent choices before requesting ads. If Google requires an ongoing privacy-options entry point for your region, an Ad Privacy Choices button appears in the app's Settings screen so you can review or withdraw those choices.

Google Play purchases

Work Count Pad offers an optional one-time Premium purchase through Google Play Billing. Google processes the transaction and payment information. The app receives purchase and entitlement status so it can unlock Premium features and restore a prior purchase. Eyens does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details. User-directed sharing

When you choose Copy or Share for a report, the app places report text on the Android clipboard or sends it to the app or person you select. This transfer happens only after your action. The receiving app or service handles the report under its own privacy practices.

Data security

App-created data is kept in Android's private app storage. Data sent by the Google services described above is encrypted in transit using modern transport security. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but the app limits collection to the functions described in this policy.

Retention and deletion

Locally stored app data remains until you edit it, clear Work Count Pad's storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. Android backups may remain in your Google account according to Google's backup-retention rules and may restore if you reinstall the app. You can manage or delete those backups through your Google and Android backup settings. Data handled by Google for advertising or purchases is retained under Google's policies.

Work Count Pad does not provide user accounts, so there is no account to delete. You may contact Eyens at the address above if you have a privacy question.

Children's privacy

Work Count Pad is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. Eyens does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised when the app, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL and the date above will be updated.
